Successful brands will be brands that are able to get close to their consumers, give meaning to people’s lives, deliver on promises and improve customer satisfaction. How close brands need to be with customers depends on a number of things.
With the right values and the right content, brands will be able to engage. To do so, we need to measure brands in a new way. The consumer plays a vital role. Analyzing behaviour and perception is essential to understand consumers and build strong brands. How brands fill in engagement depends on how consumers see and experience brands. By this, consumers determine the relevance. Next to this, branch and brand life cycle are of great influence on engagement relevance.
