Sustainability as an opportunity for growth

Trix van der Vleuten is a keynote speaker and supervisory board member who has held various commercial roles at multinationals and now serves as Head of Global Brands and Marketing Strategies at Versuni. Previously, she led innovative commercial programs for international companies such as KFC, KraftHeinz, FrieslandCampina, SABMiller and Pepsico. She is also a guest lecturer at Business University Nyenrode and SRM. She was previously included in the MT/Sprout Next Leadership 50 and the SER Top Women list.

Bibianne Roetert alias Princess Creatrix is a Marketing Manager for Benelux & Beyond at Tony´s Chocolonely, an impact company that produces chocolate. Tony´s is on a mission to make 100% slave-free chocolate.

Bibiane will explain how this all started. She will reflect on the success factors and the lessons learned over the years with a starting point that every company can be an impact company and make a difference in its production chain. While Tony’s works hard to remain a pioneer, Bibianne would like to take you through how your brand can change an industry too.

Prof. dr. Jenny van Doorn is a professor of Services Marketing at the University of Groningen. Jenny has worked at the University of Groningen for the past 18 years, specializing in areas such as service technology, robotics, customer engagement, sustainability, and food waste.

She shares insights from science and her own research from recent years.
