The foundation of growth

Within DVJ, growth is an important theme. And this isn’t just reflected in the work we do for our clients, but also within DVJ itself. We were on the list of the Top 250 Growth Companies of the Netherlands for the past 2 years, we won the FD Gazelle for the second consecutive year and once again had a great start to the new year. In January we opened a new office in Germany, and lots of new DVJ’ers have already joined in 2020. There are few agencies in Europe that grow as fast as DVJ in the same organic way. This growth is only possible with a team that can deliver added value to our clients every single day and carries out the research profession with the same passion as we do.

Growing and being as successful is only possible when the right people are aboard. Working with the most passionate, inspiring and skilled people in the field leads to successful services and therefore to growth. Because DVJ continues to grow, we are constantly looking for new colleagues. DVJ’ers are easy to recognise, they have a passion for research and brands, are driven to build a lasting relationship with clients and have a real winning mentality. Everyone at DVJ wants to be part of the success story and contributes to it. Our team is constantly growing and extends beyond the borders. With over 50 people from 3 different locations, we work for a large number of clients from all over the world every single day. We continue to invest in the growth of our people and mutual cooperation. We use each other’s knowledge and create a context in which DVJ’ers can work and work together in a healthy and pleasant way.

And you can come across these DVJ’ers! Because we like to share our passion for research, marketing and brands. We do this through our presence in various advisory boards, by writing blogs, white papers and articles, but also through our presence at events.

In June we will be at the NIMA Marketing Day in the Netherlands and at the Munich Marketing Week in Germany. We will have our Brand Growth Events in October and will once again be at the Festival of Marketing in the UK. Many great events to look forward to this year. We hope to meet you there.

But we haven’t stopped growing just yet, we have great ambitions for the coming years. That is why we are constantly looking for the right people who share our passion for research. People who want to be part of our success story.
