The vision on research stems from the experience of Ronald Jansen and Lucas Hulsebos. Ronald founded DVJ as an entrepreneur. Throughout the years his interest in science and marketing has increased and he translates insights from practice to good and renewing research. Ronald has always had a strong link to practice by being active within MWG and NIMA. Lucas has worked for different agencies always trying to make research better, working and thinking from an academic basis. Lucas is involved in different advisory boards from universities to raise awareness for practical research. From January 1st, 2015, they have worked on building a new organisation based on quality, added value and a passion for the industry. A strong link to practice and science, but from the mindset of helping companies grow. In 2018 DVJ was named Marketing & Analytics Agency of the year by the MOA.
To realise growth for clients, it’s important to grow yourself and apply the principles to your own business operations. This means full implementation of our own vision. Working with a broad client base, putting a lot of energy towards brand building and continuously studying the performance and experience of our clients, employees and respondents.
As of January 1st, 2015, we have grown at least 30% each year. In both 2018 and 2019 we have received an FD Gazelle for this growth. There are not a lot of agencies in Europe that have grown this quickly in the same organic way. This growth is realised within the values quality, added value and passion.
We support the growth of employees by paying attention to vitality, training, guidance and broad development. It’s good to see that a lot of DVJ’ers play an active role in drawing attention to research.
