DVJ Insights in top 10 research agencies 2021

DVJ Insights is one of the ten largest market research agencies in the Netherlands. The marketing and research agency for brand growth retained 7th place in the Top 50 agencies affiliated with the MOA, the Expertise Centre for marketing insights, research and analytics.

The list is based on the number of FTEs. DVJ Insights (in the report under the name DVJ Research Group) continued its organic growth last year with an expansion of 15% to 71 employees. The agency’s turnover was also ranked a category higher than the year before.

Looking at the breakdown of turnover into the various research and advertising segments, DVJ Insights managed to reach the top 10 in 6 of the 10 categories. In the segment Communication-Concept Testing-Advertisement, this is even the top 3.

agencies are optimistic

The report also looks at the overall situation in the industry. The total research industry turnover increased by more than 10% in 2021. Data and insights give confidence. In addition, the total number of FTEs and the average turnover increased. Finally, agencies are cautiously optimistic. 40% predict the same turnover for the entire sector in 2022. 55% of the agencies expect an increase in turnover.
