Looking back and forth: 2022 as a year of growth

Last column of the year 2022 –  a year that is difficult to summarize in a few sentences and therefore, I will summarize it in a few highlights.

In 2022, we have again been able to reach significant growth, and after receiving the fifth Gazelle award, we consider this to be the highest compliment we have received from all of our wonderful clients. We are grateful for this support and look forward to helping our clients find opportunities for growth in the coming years.

One of the key components of our success is our belief in content and our passion for research. Whether it is an interview with a CMO, a meta-learning that we have discovered by analyzing our databases, a new point of view coming out of the academic world, a piece of our own research, or a great case that we have done together with a client, we noticed and realized how important it is to keep on sharing this content with our clients. Therefore, we will continue to do so and will launch a series of magazines focused on various topics early next year.

Importantly, the people who work at DVJ are critical to the success of our expansion. Every day, I see, read, and hear their passion and the shared need to innovate research and help clients grow. In order to honour this, we have created an NFT platform for DVJ Heroes. Everyone who has worked for a certain period at DVJ will be part of this hall of fame and get their own personalized NFT. A great new way to show all appreciation towards their commitment and passion.

We realize that 2022 has not been the best year in many people’s lives. However, I hope that 2023 will bring nothing but good things to all of us, and I sincerely wish everyone the best holiday period with lots of personal happiness!
