It’s all about the people

A new year, a clean slate. Will 2022 be the year when we are once again able to do the things we love most? Meet up with friends, dine at a restaurant, travel, go for a night out, and play sports. People are social beings. We want to meet each other, see each other, and this has been made difficult for us in the past two years. In our working lives, too, these encounters are desirable and perhaps even necessary. Just as in society, cohesion within organisations seems to be under pressure. And that is problematic, as, in any organisation, it’s the people that make the difference. People and their cooperation are the driving force behind success.

Therefore, it is unbelievable what we at DVJ have achieved in the past year, and we are incredibly proud of that But we are also looking forward to seeing each other again, having fun, celebrating successes and meeting clients. Creating connections is much easier and more pleasant when you can see and speak to each other. Not only in the offices, but also between our locations. We are committed to connecting diverse perspectives, expertise, and backgrounds. DVJ has no quotas or specific recruitment policies on background, gender, or age. We look at how we can achieve the best results and the talent we need to remain the best agency. We believe that a diversity of perspectives contributes to a constructive conversation.

The search for talent is an important focus this year. The tight labour market makes it difficult to find and retain talent. Therefore, we find it important that our people are happy and proud to work for DVJ. We measure this satisfaction daily and act on it with the leadership team. A new calendar year symbolises a new beginning, but fortunately, our team and the mutual bond remain unchanged. We look forward to the new year and hope to welcome many new talents in 2022.
