DVJ Insights and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam investigated this by means of actual sales data (measured via shopping cart chips) and a large-scale consumer evaluation of more than 50 retail media campaigns. The results are clear: creative power is crucial and ensures 2.5 times as much sales uplift and 12 times as much brand impact.
