As one of the world’s most respected marketing thinkers, Mark is known for his sharp. evidence-based and no-nonsense perspective on marketing and brand management. In his session, Growth! 10 Drivers after 10 Years of DVJ Analysis, he will build on a decade of insights and evidence to challenge conventional thinking and sharpen our understanding of sustainable growth.

Mark Ritson
Marketing Educator, Branding & Marketing Expert, and International Keynote Speaker
Mark Ritson is a leading authority on marketing and brand, known for cutting through hype and returning organisations to the principles and practices that drive growth. A former Professor of Marketing at Melbourne Business School, he holds a PhD in Marketing and has taught at London Business School, the University of Minnesota, and as a visiting professor at MIT Sloan. Alongside his academic work, he advises global brands as a private marketing consultant and served as in-house professor for LVMH, the world’s largest luxury group, for 13 years. He also writes a weekly column for Marketing Week and teaches an online Mini MBA in Marketing.

Jori van de Spijker
Global head of Brand & Communication
Jori van de Spijker is Global Head of Brand and Communication at DVJ Insights, leading the business globally in that domain. In his role, he works with global and local brands and provides senior consultancy in the field of brand, media and advertising. He has a great passion for research and topics such as digital transformation, consumer psychology, the role of new media in the media mix and innovation.
Besides his work at DVJ Insights, Jori is a member of the Board of Advisors of SWOCC. In 2021, Jori was named Insights Professional of the Year by the MOA in the Netherlands.
During the event, Jori will present the results of our latest DVJ Brand Growth study, this year with a sample twice as large as previous years and an expanded set of highly relevant questions. His main question is what do winning brands do different and how do marketing professionals look at the future of marketing.

Lucas Hulsebos is the owner and CEO of DVJ Insights. He will host the 2026 Brand Growth Event live from our studio in Amsterdam, where he will interview the keynote speakers and guide the programme throughout the afternoon.
